• Backing up user data, as needed, is recommended.

• Partition size

Specify a partition size larger than the minimum required for installing

the operating system. (Refer to Chapter 1 (Before Starting Setup).)

The maximum partition size is 2,097,152 MB for Windows Server 2008 R2

or Windows Server 2008 .

• If you select “Create a new partition” under “Partition Settings”, the entire

contents of the hard disk drive will be deleted.
